You are responsible for ensuring that the site or venue is safe and suitable for installation, operation, and removal of equipment, including adequate space, ventilation, grounding, power capacity, and environmental conditions.
If our staff reasonably determine that conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we may suspend or amend the services. Any resulting delay or additional cost may be charged to you.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All fees are due in accordance with the invoice, quotation, or booking confirmation issued by Northbridge Sound Systems Ltd;
- Prices may be quoted exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law;

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and are effective only when acknowledged by Northbridge Sound Systems Ltd.
- If you cancel after a booking has been confirmed, any deposit may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing;
- If cancellation occurs close to the service date, we may charge cancellation fees reflecting preparatory work, reserved equipment, staffing, and lost business opportunity;
- Custom installation, special-order equipment, or pre-production work may be non-refundable once commenced;
- Where equipment has already been dispatched, installed, or set aside for your booking, reasonable charges may apply even if the service is cancelled before completion;

6. Liability Limitations
